Milo Web Chat is hosted on server class hardware in a secure, enterprise data center. Our servers are protected by multiple firewalls to guard against malicious traffic from the Internet. In addition, we regularly perform penetration testing on our systems to ensure our systems remain secure. All servers are regularly patched with the latest security improvements released by software vendors.

Your chats won't be lost

We backup all data on a daily basis and store the backups off server.

Your credit card information is safe

We transmit your credit card information using SSL encryption, the same encryption used by banks and online stores. Your information is stored on PCI-compliant systems so you don't have to worry.
